Phase 1 – Generating Leads and Appointments

1.  The front page of E-AutoSavings offers your customers an incentive in return for their contact information. The design and layout of the front page was rigorously tested and conveys the offer to your customers at a quick glance. Your dealership name, phone number, and address are displayed prominently at the top of the coupon and you may choose whatever incentive you wish to offer. The customer then inputs the following to generate the lead:

a. Name
b. Email Address
c. Phone Number
d. Shopping Status

2.  After providing their contact information, the customer is asked to select the make, model, and trim of the vehicle using an attractive graphical selection process.

3.  The fourth page of the coupon is the most impressive and really displays how revolutionary our coupon is. The most outstanding feature of this page is the multimedia 360 degree external spin of the vehicle the customer selected. Your customers will instantly realize that your internet department is on the cutting edge of technology and truly has their interests in mind. In addition, we provide a wealth of information detailing standard features, technical specifications, and warranty data on the vehicle selected. In additional to all of this, the customer is given an opportunity to schedule a test drive. We have found that up 40 percent of consumers will opt to schedule a test drive when given an additional incentive to do so. We at eDealerTools have realized the added value of appointment setting for an internet department so we have incorporated it as a central part of the E-AutoSavings coupon. Typically, most dealers will double their initial incentive to persuade customers to visit the dealership and test drive a vehicle. As you well know, the closing percentage on any lead increases by up to 50 percent if that customer schedules an appointment and shows up, and that is our goal. E-AutoSavings not only generates additional leads, but schedules valuable additional appointments which turn into car sales!







E-AutoSavings Process

Phase 2 – Converting Leads to Car Deals

Upon completing the coupon process our system will initiate the first steps in our automated follow-up system. As soon as the lead is generated and emailed to you, your customer will receive a detailed eBrochure via email. This eBrochure will have your dealership name, address, and all pertinent contact information displayed prominently at the top so there is no confusion as to where this email is coming from. The eBrochure will also contain links to your finance and inventory as well as hours and directions. The customer will also have in a printable format all of the vehicle details they viewed in the coupon process at their disposal such as standard features, technical specifications, and warranty. There is a full color photo of the vehicle as well as the multimedia multi-angle photos and 360 degree exterior spins.

On day 5 each customer will receive an automated email survey. This survey is used to give your dealership proper feedback on your salesperson and the customer’s level of satisfaction with their online buying process so far.

Customers that scheduled an appointment through the coupon will also receive an appointment confirmation email, which allows them to either confirm or reschedule their appointment.
